Regional Nursing Professional

This nursing role plays a vital part in delivering quality care to patients and families across various Summa Health campuses. As a Regional Float Pool RN, you will provide support to inpatient units, utilizing your expertise in nursing care management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health units on both Akron and Barberton Campuses.
- Deliver high-quality patient care while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Effectively interact with diverse patient populations, respecting their needs for self-respect and dignity.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted for candidacy status by an accrediting body.
- Licensed to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum one (1) year of related RN experience required for the specialty in which the Regional Float Pool RN is primarily assigned.
- Specialty-specific competency-based orientation pathway completion is mandatory.
