
Administrative Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across various operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including:
- Assisting in the delivery of high-quality administrative services
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Supporting the organisation's operations and functions, including administration, logistics, IT, safety and risk management
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate strong alignment with our organisational values, culture and code of conduct
- Hold relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar or relevant role
- Demonstrate excellent communication and professional relationship-building skills
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft software, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Be willing and able to travel
