About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team as the Lead Clinician - Forensic Intervention Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to deliver world-class forensic intervention services and make a positive impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs to reduce reoffending and improve community safety.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive practice improvements and maximize clinical effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, briefings, and submissions to support the effectiveness of our services.
  • Drive change and reform to the Restorative Justice agenda within Forensic Intervention Services and broader government departments.
Requirements
  • Highly developed understanding of and extensive practice experience in the fields of forensic service system, and Restorative Justice practices.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and processes.
  • Expertise in undertaking risk assessment and offence-specific interventions, including facilitation of group programs based on cognitive behavioural therapy.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to negotiate and influence on highly complex issues.
