Senior Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our dedicated team at Yooralla. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with disabilities, utilizing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles to enhance their quality of life and reduce behaviors of concern.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, incorporating evidence-informed interventions and person-centered approaches.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to PBS principles.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop interim Behaviour Support Plans, working closely with individuals, families, and carers.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life, including psychological assessments and counseling services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Behaviour Support Plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Registration as an Advanced/Specialist Practitioner under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Proficient/Advanced Practitioner, ideally under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework.
- Post-graduate qualification in psychology (preferred but not essential).
- Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA (preferred but not essential).
- Registration (or eligibility) as a Board Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board (AHPRA) (preferred but not essential).
- Current National Police Record Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and driver's license.
- Access to own vehicle.
