Job Opportunity: Trades Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the maintenance of building infrastructure, fittings, equipment and general maintenance tasks. This is an important role within the Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) team.

The successful applicant will work autonomously or under guidance to ensure daily housekeeping, minor repairs and refurbishment tasks are conducted with a customer focus. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of mechanical services
  • Hydraulic services support
  • Electrical services management
  • General maintenance duties
  • Building and refurbishment projects coordination
  • Programmed maintenance implementation
  • Critical services shutdown procedures
