Demolition Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging leadership role for an ambitious Demolition Manager to take ownership of growing a division. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project delivery and possess strong leadership skills.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple demolition projects
  • Lead site and office-based teams
  • Drive safety, quality, environmental, and cost controls
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project variations, reporting, and claims
  • Support tender inputs, methodology, and programming
  • Ensure the team meets deadlines, maintains margins, and grows capability

Beyond delivery, you'll be part of the leadership team driving growth and excellence across the division.

  • Mid-Senior level management experience
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
