Project Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced project manager to lead exciting projects and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in subdivision delivery and strong administrative and people management skills.

The role requires someone who can work autonomously on a project with a supervisor or collaborate with a team of supporting engineers, depending on the project's size and scope. You will be based in our office and oversee projects throughout the Brisbane and South East Queensland region.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the entire project lifecycle for subdivision developments.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional time management and discipline with deliverables.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers, developing their talent and growth.
  • Overseeing all project administration, including preparing safety documentation, procurement, invoice processing, reporting, and programming.
  • Maintaining project schedules, identifying the critical path, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Tracking daily costs, reviewing costs to completion, and preparing financial projections.
Qualifications / Ideal Experience

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project management. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
