Project Lead - Civil Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning and execution of subdivision projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and meeting project deadlines.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage subdivision projects from planning to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver results on time

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 1+ years' experience in subdivision projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, and services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
