Our company is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Lead to lead the planning, development and quality check of civil design work. The ideal candidate will produce 3D models, drawings and documentation for projects and take-off quantities for estimating.

About the Role:

This senior role requires a leader who can plan, develop and coordinate design work within a team on medium-sized projects. The successful candidate will produce model, drawings and documentation in accordance with established design standards and ensure that designs comply with all applicable installation codes, design guides, regulations and standards.

  • Lead a team of designers and drafters to deliver high-quality civil design work
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets to meet project objectives
  • Review and check civil engineering sketches and drawings from designers and drafters
  • Ensure that all designs are accurate, complete and compliant with industry standards
  • Collaborate with other project groups to deliver integrated project solutions

  • Strong technical skills in civil engineering design software
