Sales Talent Acquisitions Specialist

The ideal candidate will be part of our APAC Business Talent Acquisition Team, which comprises sourcers and recruiters who are responsible for high-volume and niche hiring at our company. This role requires the successful applicant to be located in Australia.
Our Senior Sourcer will play a vital role in partnering with our recruiters, driving candidate pipelines, nurturing relationships with candidates, and evolving our volume hiring strategies. The successful applicant will take pride in working collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the success of the company through hiring.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include using innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and under-represented groups (URGs), using a data-driven approach to inform and influence partners and candidate pipeline strategies, screening resumes and interviewing candidates to decide suitability for roles, tracking pipeline activity to share with internal customers, identifying blockers and leading with solutions that benefit immediate and wider teams, and partnering with supporting talent teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition, deep sourcing experience, and a background in the software industry. A bonus would be experience recruiting for Sales teams. The successful applicant will also have a functional understanding of the competitive landscape today for our industry.
Additionally, they will possess the skills and qualifications required to craft and implement talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines. A collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, an appetite for influencing win-win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas, and alignment with our values are essential for this role.
