We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will play a key role in driving the end-to-end hiring process, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and Hiring Leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically driving the acquisition of top talent with speed and quality. They will implement recruiting processes to attract the best candidates, manage requisitions, and disposition candidates. In addition, they will conduct first-round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Own and manage quality screening, interview, and offer processes for roles across Sales, Marketing, Service (volume) or Corporate Services
  • Champion operational excellence by using available technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed for both in-person and virtual hiring
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse talent
  • Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with the Recruitment Manager
  • Work with Hiring Leaders to achieve headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, provide feedback on candidates, and influence hiring decisions
  • Update and post jobs, manage requisitions, and disposition candidates
  • Conduct first-round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments
  • Structure new offers and work with the compensation team to determine appropriate packages and negotiate offers
