As a Care Service Employee, you will play a key role in delivering our award-winning model of care and make a significant impact on residents' quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the privacy and dignity of residents at all times and ensuring all personal interactions reflect respect and compassion.">
  • Completing simple wound dressings and implementing continence programs.">
  • Attending to routine checks, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and blood sugar.">

Requirements:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • ">
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and a current First Aid Certificate.">
  • An appreciation of and ability to promote and support our values and ethos.">
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.">
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and the provision of truly person-centered care.">
  • Understanding of WHS and infection control principles.">
  • National NDIS worker screening check.">
