Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional care for our equine patients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a state-of-the-art hospital setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitoring and treatment of hospitalized patients, including emergency triage and critical care
- Collaborating with surgeons on elective and emergency procedures
- Providing support and assistance to primary opinion clinicians for both emergency and non-emergency consultations
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have demonstrated experience in equine handling, working in a clinical setting, attention to detail in record keeping and documentation, capacity to work independently but participate cooperatively in team activities, and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in veterinary nursing or a related field
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Minimum 2 years' experience in equine veterinary nursing
- Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care and customer service
