Job Title: Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

About the Role:

  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Hold a valid learner permit or driver's license.
  • No pre-existing injuries (such as knee or back problems).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pizzas and other products to customers.
  • Providing quality customer service at the door.
  • Dealing with customer concerns.
  • Riding safely at all times.
  • Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Additional Tasks:

  • Assisting with customer service in store.
  • Assisting with food preparation.
  • General cleaning duties.
