As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the home lending landscape.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the Pricing and Portfolio Management function and be responsible for driving growth through lending quality, broker experience, product performance, and customer retention.

Your key responsibilities include designing and delivering new product proposals in collaboration with teams across the Personal Banking Home Lending ecosystem. You will manage and enhance the existing product suite to optimise the customer and broker experience while ensuring our products remain fit for purpose.

In addition, you will oversee intermediary sales and customer retention initiatives, ensuring end-to-end business readiness. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant product information for internal use and market-facing materials is also essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including technology, distribution, legal, risk, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and productivity in a similar role.
