Join us as a Home Lending Specialist at Bendigo Bank in Elizabeth, SAWe are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients with their banking needs, from first home purchases to supporting seasoned investors.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture a pipeline of lending leads, guiding customers throughout their buying journeyAssist customers through the lending process, ensuring positive outcomes and peace of mindUtilize credit analysis skills to understand customer needs and achieve successful lending resultsDevelop strong relationships within the community, branch, and with the Branch ManagerEngage in ongoing learning and professional developmentSupport community initiatives and promote local growthQualifications:Extensive experience in customer service or salesKnowledge of lending products, policies, and regulationsAbility to build rapport quickly and assess customer needsStrong credit analysis skillsUnderstanding of small business offeringsConsumer lending experience is essentialAdditional Information:This is a permanent, full-time position based in Elizabeth, with potential travel to Virginia.
