Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth of the branch by proactively identifying members' needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Provide top-notch service, predominantly focusing on home lending products
  • Promote and sell new memberships, deposits, travel products, and general insurance
  • Nurture existing members through ongoing relationship management and support
  • Support the team during peak periods

Personal Requirements:

  • Proven experience in home lending is essential for success
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and finding innovative ways to engage them
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent computer, analytical, literacy, and conversational skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures
