The Role of a Lead Product Manager is multifaceted and requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

  • Defining the Vision and Strategy: The ideal candidate will contribute to defining the overall vision and strategy for our lending product suite. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
  • Assessing Market Landscape: The successful candidate will have experience assessing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Determining Key Metrics: We are seeking a data-driven individual who can determine, develop, measure, and analyze key metrics to drive insights and inform the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a member of our cross-functional team, the candidate will work closely with software engineering, solution engineering, product design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of our lending product roadmap.
  • Evolving Our Product Ecosystem: We are looking for someone who can contribute to scaling a best-in-class product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, and impact.

About You

  • Regulated Lending Experience: A strong background in regulated lending products or experience launching B2B/SaaS products is essential.
  • Hypothesis-Driven Development: Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation is highly valued.
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: We are seeking a bias towards action and an ownership mindset, with a willingness to solve complex problems and delight users.
  • Stakeholder Management: The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignment.
  • Strategic Insights: Ability to cut through ambiguity and produce strategic insights and opportunities is crucial.
