We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Home Lending Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who wants to build long-lasting relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service in the home lending industry.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, providing personalized solutions to help them achieve their home buying dreams.

You will also be responsible for developing your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest lending knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home lending, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and confidence with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and advice to customers to achieve their home buying goals.
  • Complete interviews and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions and submit applications.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service and support throughout the home buying process.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest lending knowledge and skills to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar home lending role within a bank or mortgage broker environment.
  • Demonstrated business development success.
  • A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and responsible lending legislation.
