About the Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this fulfilling role, you'll work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adults, and seniors, to develop personalized intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals, and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Promote daily living skills through effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in NDIS services.
  • Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
