Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Stay aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and utilize all available resources to meet or exceed them.
  • Customer Service: Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
  • Inventory Management: Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure a comprehensive product offer on the sales floor.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
Requirements
  • A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
