Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Community Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing them with expert financial advice and seamless service.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires 38 hours of work per week. You will be based at our West Lakes branch and will work closely with the local community to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to customers both in-branch and over the phone to connect them with the right products and services
  • Providing expert financial advice and seamless service to customers
  • Building rock-solid relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Taking ownership of customer requests and following up on agreed actions
  • Staying up-to-date with new banking products and services and their features and benefits
  • Educating customers on new technologies and tools that can enhance their banking experience
  • Complying with established bank policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and security
