Job Title: Senior Applications Support Analyst

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Applications Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to users.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new applications and systems, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are properly tested.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in an Applications Support role, with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
