About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of our brand.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations, leveraging your sales expertise.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, providing exceptional support and services.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Follow up on commercial leads, developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager, staying informed about market trends and company initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications, preferably in refrigeration/air conditioning or electrical fields.
