Support Resident Wellbeing

This role involves supporting residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve personal goals and participate in meaningful daily activities.

  • Located in Albany, approximately 4.5 hours south of Perth CBD
  • Casual position available with a mix of morning, afternoon, and night duty shifts
  • Join our caring team in a rewarding aged care role where you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care to residents

As a member of our team, you will promote independence, coordinate with staff and nursing teams, and assist with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

About the Role

This position is based at our facility in Albany, where you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care to residents.

Responsibilities include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

Shift Patterns

  • AM: 07:00 – 13:00 or 07:00 – 15:00

  • PM: 14:45 – 20:30 or 14:45 – 21:00

  • Night Duty : 21:00 – 07:00

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Able to engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Ideally, you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or you are working towards it—or willing to obtain it.
