We are seeking a Business Director to join our Sydney team at The Research Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing a client portfolio, and putting your problem-solving and analysis skills in action.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in quantitative market research, in an agency or commercial environment, and enjoy the fast-paced nature of the interesting and important projects they get to do.

As a Business Director at The Research Agency, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling all aspects of our offerings, from research and strategy to design thinking and data.
  • Ensuring all projects for specified clients are delivered to the highest standard and align with our vision and values.
  • Setting and achieving revenue targets for clients in collaboration with our Managing Partner and senior lead team.
  • Undertaking joint business planning with clients, ensuring alignment with goals, vision, and purpose.
  • Guiding the development of consulting technology and products.
  • Coaching and developing your team.
