About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on change management, from impact assessment to business-as-usual transition
  • Ensure governance compliance, foster stakeholder engagement, and proactively manage change risks
  • Represent Change and People & Culture with professionalism, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading transformational change management initiatives in high-stakes environments, such as Risk Management, Insurance, Technology, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in roles specifically related to change management, organizational development, or transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence executive support, senior leaders, contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to synthesize and present information in written and verbal formats
  • Postgraduate qualification in Change Management or a related field (such as learning, organizational development, psychology)
