Role Overview

This role encompasses the strategic management of learning functions across a group, including compliance management, trainee development, and business partnerships.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Embedding a Capability Framework to drive organisational performance
  • Coordinating corporate induction programs for new employees
  • Managing training records in a regulated environment
  • Designing and implementing reporting systems for complex data sets
  • Developing training initiatives for professional development and compliance
  • Assisting in creating training proposals, including planning, budgeting, recording, and reporting
  • Fostering relationships with senior leaders to support the Learning and Capability function

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working within Learning Management Systems
  • A strong ability to resolve complex problems and think critically
  • Effective facilitation skills for group training sessions on topics like communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
