About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.
  • Conduct Workplace Assessments, Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments, Vocational Assessments and Medical Case Conferencing with treating parties.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support individuals in their recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your excellent communication skills, integrity, and positive attitude make you a valued team member. If you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as rehabilitation counseling or psychology, and current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • A growth mindset and ambition to grow in the profession of injury management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
