About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Gorilla Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to support clients in achieving optimal health and return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and effective rehabilitation strategies
  • Employ a range of skills and expertise to deliver high-quality services, including single service assessments, ergonomic assessments, and return-to-work case management

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super
  • Reimbursement on work-related travel
  • Professional development leave (2 days per year)
  • Up to $1,500 professional development reimbursement
  • An uncapped bonus structure based on KPI achievement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
