As an Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential through effective rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to assist individuals in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives and individual goals
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation best practices
