About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to address these barriers
  • Provide support to clients to help restore their functional performance and achieve a successful return to work
  • Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments to ensure clients are fit for work
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients
