Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A degree in occupational therapy, psychology, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, social work, or rehabilitation counselling.
  • Working towards full registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, AASW.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations if required.
