Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our busy call centre/customer service team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Utilize high-level administrative skills to investigate queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records, including setting up customers, sites, and services
  • Process invoice payments and ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of data and administrative practices and procedures
  • Ability to touch type and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software, data entry, and Google Drive
  • SAP experience preferred but not required
