Early Childhood Educator Role Overview

Goodstart is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of the room and centre team, you will contribute to the education program and play a vital role in shaping young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Supervise and engage with children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through regular communication and collaborative partnerships.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Aceccqa approved early childhood qualification.
  • Ability to travel between services as required.
  • Flexible availability Monday-Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm.
