Pay: $41.60 – $68 per hour + super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Morwell Central

• 126-place centre opened in 2020, purpose built with bright spacious rooms and outdoor areas
• Conveniently located next to Morwell Central Primary School
• Partnered with the Department of Education and Our Place to provide integrated services to the community, including Kindergarten programs, long day care, playgroups and maternal child health services
• This role is above ratio, with ample time off the floor and time on the floor dedicated to supporting the growth and development of your team

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check
