You'll lead a team of educators to develop and enhance educational programs for children. Collaborating closely with the centre leadership team, you'll guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice.

About Central Educational Centre:

  • A purpose-built 126-place centre opened in 2020, featuring bright and spacious rooms and outdoor areas
  • Located conveniently near Morwell Central Primary School
  • Partnered with the Department of Education to provide integrated services to the community, including Kindergarten programs, long day care, playgroups and maternal child health services
  • This role offers above-ratio staffing, allowing ample time off the floor and on the floor dedicated to supporting the growth and development of your team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
