Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Project Officer. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing secretariat and project management support, including the ability to manage and report on projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the IPC team on work related to the transition of guidelines for infection prevention and control.
  • Undertake end-to-end procurement, project planning and management, contract management, preparation of reports, briefings and other documents for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Provide secretariat support for committees, working groups, including arranging meetings, forums and workshops.
  • Assist with research, review and analysis of data, reports, published material and expert opinion to provide information and advice to support the development of projects and program initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing secretariat and project management support.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and research skills, including sound judgement and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • High level organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce high level documents that clearly communicate complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop productive working relationships with stakeholders.
