About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Food and Beverage Attendants to join our professional team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria's Yarra Valley. As a key member of our leisure team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude and a helpful approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide detailed menu knowledge and explanation
  • Take orders and communicate with the kitchen
  • Set up and clear tables
  • Interact with guests and provide a high standard of customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
  • Bar experience desirable
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
  • Current VIC RSA Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright and friendly personality
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team
