Your New Role
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and proper product storage to maintain efficiency in inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including support with order fulfilments, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch or collection.
Duties of this position:
  • Support the coordination of stock-related tasks, including order processing, documentation management, returns, and exchanges with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and perform administrative tasks related to the role.
  • Arrange fleet hire for internal and externally owned vehicles and conduct maintenance and repairs throughout the depot, including grounds and security procedures.
  • Oversee the management of small items of plant, equipment, tools (hand and power), and personal protective equipment and clothing, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • A Class C Driver's Licence.
  • A General Construction Induction Training Card.
  • A National Certificate of Competency Forklift (Class LF).
  • A Front End Loader Certificate (Class LL).
  • The ability to conduct Telescopic Materials Handler Operations (RIIHAN309F).
  • A current AQF Chemical Safety Certificate (Desirable).
