We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to provide expert rehabilitation assessment services in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing activities of daily living (ADL) assessments, working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to provide guidance, recommendations, and equipment/service provision.

You will have the flexibility to manage your workload and schedule, working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded schemes.

As part of ADL assessments, you will assess an individual's personal, domestic, and community ADLs, identify recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment, and complete equipment trials in person with clients to ensure safety and appropriateness.

A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy registered with AHPRA is essential, along with previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry.

Strong communication skills, empathy, and kindness are vital for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed time management skills and a current NSW driver's license with access to a vehicle.
