Rehabilitation Consultant Role

The rehabilitation consultant role entails working collaboratively with treatment providers to achieve optimal client outcomes. As a skilled professional in this field, you will work closely with clients to support their recovery and ensure safe return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to guarantee the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Conduct regular workplace visits to comprehend job demands and provide assistance with safe return to work strategies.
  • Provide education on injury management and prevention to workplaces.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Passion for assisting individuals navigate rehabilitation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
