Job Role

We are seeking experienced housekeeping supervisors to join our team in Cairns. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that hotel rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and adhering to operational standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet required standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide solutions to efficiency roadblocks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Requirements
  • A strong appetite for building and sustaining relationships, with a passion for quality, attention to detail, and excellence.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with excellent time management and efficient work habits.
  • A flexible work schedule, including weekend availability.
  • The ability to present a well-presented problem-solving attitude and approach challenges with a positive mindset.
