The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our passionate and supportive hotel team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service
  • Collaborating with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Providing coaching and training to junior staff members
  • Anticipating and responding to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious restaurant supervisor who possesses:

  • Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding guest expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of service
  • Confident communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • QLD RSA certification is essential
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • A commitment to working a minimum of 6 months
