About This Role

As a Waste Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability and quality of life for our community.

You will be responsible for operating an automatic Volvo side lift vehicle, performing daily prestart and maintenance checks, and maintaining a clean truck to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate an automatic Volvo side lift vehicle
  • Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain a clean truck to a high standard
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current valid HR licence and good driving record
  • Experience with side arm loading
  • Personal protective equipment including long sleeve yellow shirts and long pants with reflective strips and steel cap boots
  • Reliability, punctuality, and enthusiasm
  • Covid-19 vaccination
