Job Title

  • Manage daily operations to ensure timely and accurate releases, maintaining high standards throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate multinational activities, including scheduling, escalation management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor compliance and produce reports to ensure adherence to governance standards, contributing to post-implementation reviews.
  • Develop strategic plans to maintain integrity during transition phases, ensuring successful delivery of release packages.
  • Work closely with change management and transition planning teams to schedule and track release packages, streamlining deployments and testing.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing release and deployment processes, including planning, testing, cutover rehearsals, and production deployments.
  • Commercial IT experience, preferably in program-level or mission-critical environments.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification is required; additional ITIL certifications (Release Control, Managing Professional) are highly desirable.
  • Must hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
