Job Title: Change and Release Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Change and Release Manager to join our Cloud and Business Applications team in Canberra.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in ICT Change or Release Management, with a strong background in change, release, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal Atturra Cloud and Business Applications Change Advisory Board and implement governance to improve our internal change and release management processes.
  • Collaborate with our PMO and project managers, technical delivery leads and solution architects to document and maintain a 6-12-month change and program release schedule.
  • Coordinate with our Application Managed Services team to document and maintain a 6-12 month change and release schedule across multiple BAU releases and Microsoft Wave releases.
  • Provide high-quality, timely planned communications through channels that inform and engage our customers.
  • Improve the uptake and adoption of our solutions and releases through improved communications and engagement with our clients.
  • Provide and drive quality documentation that holds a record of all change approvals for both record keeping and audit purposes.
  • Drive change and release management best practices across key accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in an ICT Change and/or Release Management role; or experience as a Release Train Engineer with experience in change, release, and delivery management on complex projects.
  • Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the ICT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working on Agile projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating program level change and release schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating Change Advisory Boards.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining change and release documentation for record keeping and audit purposes.
