About the Role
The Senior Servicenow Technical Consultant will support and assist with the design and development of IT solutions to align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective technical solutions that add value and sustainability.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) in qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects.
- Overcome complex configuration and integration challenges.
- Lead the delivery of complex and/or marquee projects and engagements.
- Guide team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations, and developing specialized skills.
- Collaborate with Service Now Solution Architects to improve frameworks for delivering services.
- Leverage your expertise to lead customer workshops including discovery and co-design workshops.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong understanding of Service Now and its applications.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
