About the Role:



We are seeking a motivated and friendly casual housekeeper and receptionist to join our team at YHA Fremantle. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, maintain the cleanliness and organization of our property, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, and monitoring and replenishing stock
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve property goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and its services
  • Perform reception duties, including checking in and out guests, providing information and assistance, and resolving guest concerns


Requirements:




  • Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to take direction and participate in training and development opportunities
