About the Role
As a Corporate Receptionist at CBRE, you will be the face of our organisation, providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors, and scheduling meetings and conference rooms. You will also be responsible for tracking packages and mail, arranging hospitality services, and performing general clerical duties. If you have a strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
  • Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival and issue visitor passes and parking validations.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup and technological equipment.
  • Request building and housekeeping services as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including ordering office supplies.
  • Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, and arrange messenger service as needed.
  • Arrange hospitality services for guests, including transportation, tickets, and reservations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision and guidance.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Excellent communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple figures, including percentages, discounts, and markups.
